Prior to joining Human Edge, Mads was Group Managing Director at UBS, where he headed the Global Asset Allocation team and developed the new TAA and SAA methodology for the $100bln+ mandate business and advisory book of $2trn. In 2015, the team introduced 5 new portfolio concepts, including the “Systematic Allocation Portfolio”. Prior to joining UBS, Mads was Head of Global Asset Allocation at Barclays and Head of Macro & Asset Allocation at Danske Bank Asset Management. The CEO and founder Mads Pedersen takes over the majority in the share capital of the company to continue to pursue his entrepreneurial vision of providing superior investment solutions.
Oliver Dressler
PhD ETH, Co-Founder
During his PhD in chemical engineering at ETH Zurich, Oliver focused on applying modern machine learning techniques to control miniaturized chemical systems with microfluidics and nanotechnology. He has experience in developing versatile software running on various platforms, such as smartphone apps, web apps or large-scale computing clusters. Prior to joining Human Edge, Oliver has worked as a data scientist and software developer in several startups, ranging from blockchain technology to organizational web apps. As a CTO, who has built the system, and co-founder of the company, Oliver Dressler increases his equity stake to deliver long term R&D planning and further development of the technology.
Maximilian Helletzgruber
Head of Business Development, Co-Founder
Maximilian has experience in areas as diverse as commodities trading, art trading, consulting, business development and innovative technologies. He has worked at global companies, including Glencore and PwC, as well as start-ups in the technology space. His passion lies in innovation, in particular generating value from technological advances and the use of data. Maximilian Helletzgruber co-founded Human Edge, joining as a capital partner taking over responsibility for Business Development to drive growth and promote the investment concepts and strategies.
Tajana Vokic
Research Analyst
In her role, she supports the team by helping manage portfolios and conducting research and analyzing market-related data or ESG-relevant topics. Tajana is currently a student at the University of Zurich pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, planning to continue her studies in the field of Financial Mathematics.
